Where to stay
Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki provide practical access to the core beach campus and many satellite venues. Confirm the venue mix attached to your pass before booking a non-refundable stay.
Arriving in Lagos
Allow time for airport arrivals, security checks and city traffic. International delegates should confirm passport, visa, vaccination and airline requirements through the relevant official authorities.

Build buffer time
Lagos journey times change quickly. Leave meaningful time between the beach campus and Victoria Island functions.
Use trusted transport
Use recognised ride services, official hotel transport or published AFTiFest shuttle routes. Verify the driver and destination before departure.
Parking & shuttles
Use designated parking only. Final car parks, pickup points, accessible drop-off zones and shuttle timetables will appear here before the festival.

Entry is limited to registered attendees, speakers, staff and authorised personnel. Keep your badge visible and never share access credentials.
Bag and security checks
Security teams may inspect bags at entry points. Prohibited-items guidance and permitted bag sizes will be published before the event.
Onsite support
Medical personnel, paramedics and ambulances are planned across the venue network. Report an emergency immediately to security or the nearest event team member.
Sun, water and weather
Stay hydrated, use sun protection, follow weather instructions and enter the water only where an activity is officially supervised.
AfterDark journeys
Travel with people you trust, use official pickup points and check the last shuttle or safe onward journey before entering an evening venue.
