The programme begins with high-intensity city networks in Nigeria and expands through neighbouring African countries and diaspora communities. Recruitment materials may be available in English and French for selected markets.

Outstanding contributors may receive public recognition and a LinkedIn recommendation.
High achievers may be considered for available paid internship opportunities with AFT or participating organisations.
